For some reason from our front porch I can catch the most beautiful sunrises. I took these pictures two or three days ago. It was a cold brisk morning. How could you not have a wonderful day when this is what greets you in the morning. I did not doctor these photos with anything other than cropping them. What a terrific view right from your front porch. Lucky you! Those sunrise shots are beautiful...what odd looking clouds - like flying saucers. I've been seeing a lot of strange cloud formations since I started looking at other participants' skywatch photos. Hi from California.

You get to see this beauty from your front porch. I can do that at our cabin up north but I have to walk at least two miles to get a good shot in Phoenix. Great photo.
I really enjoy everyones comments And I am glad to share these photos> I think what we have that is unique is one we live way out in the country and two the way our house sits it is on sorta of a hill looking across at a hill so the hillacross the way blocks the son but the sky still lights up. I have another pic I took yesterday that does not have as pretty colors but I think has more depth and I absolutely love IT I will share it next week I think. Megan

How lucky you are! I have some very nice sunrises out my front door in Texas. This one is amazing.
