ORGANIC BERRY COBBLER

This is a really easy but very good berry cobbler recipe. Just buy a couple of bags of frozen berries (any kind), throw them in a baking dish, stir up the topping, bake, and top it with ice cream to serve. WONDERFUL.
1 1/3 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT PASTRY FLOUR
1 CUP RAW SUGAR
1 TBSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 1/3 CUPS SOY MILK
4 CUPS BERRIES (ANY KIND)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, stir together the dry ingredients, then add the soy milk, and stir until batter is smooth.Spread the berries and any juice evenly in a 9X13 inch baking dish. Pour in the batter.Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. This is a good recipe because it contains no added fat and be sure to use all great ORGANIC INGREDIENTS. I like it because you can make it all year round using frozen organic berries when they are on sale.

This is a wonderful recipe from my mom!!!!! Let's all give mom a round of applause!!!!!

YUMMY AND HEALTHY
